Refund policy

Vintage Visionary Studio is partnered with on demand suppliers. All products are unique and produced per order for customers. Returns and exchanges are not accepted, our print providers don't have inventory space to keep unwanted items. In the event that our business handles inventory within our possession we can proceed with honoring any returns or exchanges. Our studio highly recommends referring to all size charts displayed upon adding to cart for purchase.

We can offer a replacement free of charge, if there are any issues with the order including manufacturing errors and print issues. Our products are excellent quality however we do not guarantee a lifetime of any purchases. 

For our handmade store items. Due to the nature of our current pandemic Face Masks are non-refundable and and non-returnable. We hope that our community of buyers can understand and work with us to have a content shopping experience.
